broken stand missing breakfast
the rooms had attention to detail and facilities met expectations
the room was lovely but at that price i expected everything functional the shower had a fixed head and a removable one the stand was broken so the shower rested on the taps also the bath plug was off the chain no breakfast came with the price either

missing water closed kitchen
I was pretty annoyed that there was no complimentary water in the room. dinner was a letdown. The beef burger had only the meat and bun with nothing else. i went for breakfast at 10:10 on sunday to find out the kitchen was already closed so i had to find a cafe nearby instead i found this particularly frustrating.

mixed experience at the inn
weak water pressure bland haddock
the room was clean, and everything was generally acceptable.
The shower's water pressure was quite weak. dinner was also disappointing. My haddock was bland, and it lacked any accompanying sauce. the sticky toffee pudding was dry, with barely any sauce. It was sponge with ice cream.

a good countryside escape!
beautiful scenery friendly staff comfortable bed
I loved the beautiful scenery around the car park, it was very cute. the staff showed me to my room quickly. the room had traditional and rustic features with a comfortable bed. I found it beautifully presented.

mixed experience, some issues noticed
closed kitchen plain burger
i found several issues . the beef burger at dinner was just meat in a bun. no tomato or onion accompanied it. i arrived for breakfast sunday at 10:10. i was told the kitchen was closed. i had to find a cafe elsewhere.
